Colchester: 3 Bed Semi in Quiet Road : 249 995
Three bedroom semi-detached house in one of Colchesters quietest and most friendly streets. Number 34 Irvine road is in the catchment areas of Phillip Morant Secondary and Hamilton Road Primary schools.

The thing we love most is the area. There is almost no through traffic, the neighbours are lovely and there is an active residents association. No parking problems or regulations and no residents parking scheme. Children can play on the nearby Irvine Road field without crossing a busy street and the Lexden nature reserve is half a mile away. There is a local shop for basics and you can walk into Colchester town centre in 15 min or catch the bus at the end of the road. We like the area so much we are only moving over the street.
The house is worth a bit more than 250 000 but due to the stamp duty threshold we are selling for 249 995 so no lower offers please.
